Shon Isenhour, CMRP, CAMA, CCMP (Partner, Eruditio):

Shon specializes in Adult Learning, Leadership, Asset Management and Reliability Engineering and has lead improvement initiatives for industries such as pharmaceuticals, metals, petrochemical, automotive, paper, and power generation, among others. Shon has spoken at numerous professional conferences on these topics in the US as well as Europe, South America, and the Middle East.

Shon is an engineering graduate of North Carolina State University and has become an expert in the implementation of holistic reliability solutions using tools such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), as well as Six Sigma and Lean to drive significant bottom line results.

Shon is a Past Chairman of the National Board and past Director of Education for the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals and is a past committee vice chairman in the area of benchmarking. Shon also serves on the boards of other global asset management and education organizations including the Global Forum on Maintenance and Asset Management (GFMAM), Association for Talent Development (ATD), and World Partners in Asset Management (WPiAM). Shon is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA) and has been certified by Prosci and Colorado State University as a Change Management Professional (CMP). 

When away from the asset management world Shon lives reliability as a helicopter and airplane pilot and an avid fisherman. Nobody likes to be stranded in the air or on the water.


David Brewer (Regional Manager Atlantic Region, SEPCO):

David Brewer is regional manager, Atlantic Region, for SEPCO. Before this role, he served four years in the U.S. Navy and received three Letters of Commendation. He began his career in the fluid sealing industry in January 1995 with AW Chesterton. Brewer later became Virginia regional manager for John Crane until he joined the SEPCO team. He has served many industries including pulp and paper, chemical processing, food and beverage, power generation, textile, and  waste treatment. He graduated from Lees McRae College.


Adam Stredeo, CRL  (Ludeca, Applications Engineer):

Adam Stredel is an applications engineer at LUDECA, Inc. in Doral, Florida. He has 10 years of experience in rotating machinery with 7+ years in laser shaft alignment and training. He has visited over 70 industrial sites, conducted many alignment seminars and trainings in the United States and the Caribbean. Adam has performed numerous field jobs related to alignment of rotating equipment, bore and turbine alignment, geometric measurement, monitoring positional changes, etc.

Adam obtained his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2007 and an M.B.A. in 2015 at the Florida International University, Miami, FL. He is a Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) and holds a Level I Ultrasound Certification.
