Shon Isenhour (Partner, Eruditio):

Shon specializes in Adult Learning, Leadership, Asset Management and Reliability Engineering and has lead improvement initiatives for industries such as pharmaceuticals, metals, petrochemical, automotive, paper, and power generation, among others. Shon has spoken at numerous professional conferences on these topics in the US as well as Europe, South America, and the Middle East.

Shon is an engineering graduate of North Carolina State University and has become an expert in the implementation of holistic reliability solutions using tools such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), as well as Six Sigma and Lean to drive significant bottom line results.

Shon is a Past Chairman of the National Board and past Director of Education for the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals and is a past committee vice chairman in the area of benchmarking. Shon also serves on the boards of other global asset management and education organizations including the Global Forum on Maintenance and Asset Management (GFMAM), Association for Talent Development (ATD), and World Partners in Asset Management (WPiAM). Shon is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA) and has been certified by Prosci and Colorado State University as a Change Management Professional (CMP). 

When away from the asset management world Shon lives reliability as a helicopter and airplane pilot and an avid fisherman. Nobody likes to be stranded in the air or on the water.


Adrian Messer (Manager of US Operations, UE Systems):

Adrian Messer is the Manager of US Operations for UE Systems, Inc.  For more than a decade, Adrian has been helping facilities around the country transform their reliability programs by successfully implementing Ultrasound technology for condition monitoring and energy conservation applications.  As a subject matter expert on Ultrasound technology and implementation best practices, Mr. Messer has been a featured speaker at numerous industry events.  He is a graduate of Clemson University and maintains close ties to the University assisting current students in a mentor-ship program through the College of Business & Behavioral Science. 

Adrian is a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) through the Society of Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP), and he is also a charter member of the Carolina’s Chapter of SMRP and the current interim Chairman of the chapter. 


Alex Desselle  (Fluke Accelix):

Alex Desselle is a Product Application Specialist for Fluke Corporation focusing on the Fluke Digital Systems Tools & wireless sensors. He is a CRL (Certified Reliability Leader) with 30 years of Industry experience as a Field Engineer working in Oil & Gas and Manufacturing Business Verticals. He has held various positions as Lead Field Engineer, Project Manager & SME/Product Specialist. Desselle is often a presenter at various trade shows and conferences, has written technical articles and case studies for global trade publications. He is also a Thermal/Infrared Thermography Level I certified. Desselle holds technical degrees in digital electronics from ITI in Baton Rouge, LA. 


Matthew Thornton (Southeast Regional Manager, UE Systems):

Matt Thornton is the Southeast Regional Manager for UE Systems, Inc. Matt has been helping facilities transform their reliability programs by successfully implementing Ultrasound technology for condition monitoring and energy conservation applications. Currently he has achieved his Ultrasound Level 1 and Steam Trap Examiner Level 1 Certifications. Matt is a member of the Carolinas Chapter of SMRP and the Vibration Institute Carolina's Chapter. In his time off, Matt enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing.
